Are your materials available in different languages? All our patient education materials are available in Spanish and English. Some materials are available in Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese. How do I place an order?
Order online Start by clicking on one of the topics located on the left. Or, you can look for one of our materials by using the "Search" function and entering the title. Once you've found the item you're looking for, click on the "Order" button to add it to your shopping cart. You can then type in the quantity you wish to purchase.To see what's in your shopping cart, click on "Show Order".Review your shopping cart to make sure you have everything you want and the quantities are correct. Then click on the "Checkout" button.

How do I print an order form? You can print an order form here.
How do I pay for my order? Visa or Mastercard.Purchase Order - please fax, email, or mail a copy of your purchase order to us along with your order form. Your order will be processed once we've received your purchase order.Check or money order made out to CFHC. Mail your payment to us along with your completed order form.
Is it safe to use my credit card? CFHC's store is hosted by Yahoo! Store. Yahoo! takes your security seriously and takes reasonable steps to protect your information. No data transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, though. Yahoo! Store uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting certain kinds of information, such as financial services information or payment information. An icon resembling a padlock is displayed on the bottom of most browsers' window during SSL transactions that involve credit cards and other forms of payment. Any time a Yahoo! Store asks for a credit card number during checkout for payment, it will be SSL encrypted.
What about sales tax? Only California residents need to pay sales tax.Tax is calculated on the subtotal of your order, before adding the shipping and handling charges.
What about shipping and handling? A shipping and handling fee is added to each order. This fee is based on the subtotal of your order and may be adjusted when your order is processed.For shipments outside the continental United States, please call for shipping fees.How long will it take to receive my order? While we normally ship your order within 3 business days, please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery with standard ground shipping. You can get your order more quickly for an additional charge.
